Tanner Ryan Executive Placement Specialist was founded by Rachel Blair, a 25-year veteran of the medical device industry. Combining a clinical background and education and hands-on success in medical device sales, the move to direct hire placement and executive recruiting services was a natural progression. Rachel has built solid and extensive long-term relationships in the industry by bridging the gap between what customers need and want. A history of working with clients of all sizes and specialties enables us to recognize the right match between clients and candidates as recruiters for executives.
