Tanker Investments Ltd. Information

Tanker Investments Ltd. (TIL) is a specialized investment company focused on the oil tanker market. TIL will seek to opportunistically acquire, operate and sell modern secondhand tankers to benefit from an expected recovery in the current cyclical low of the tanker market. TIL has initially entered into agreements to acquire nine vessels, within the first half of 2014. These include four 2009-built Suezmax crude oil tankers from Teekay Corporation; and five 2009 and 2010-built Aframax crude oil tankers. TIL completed its initial public offering on March 25, 2014 and currently trades on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the symbol “TIL”.
