Every project is given a 3/6 months’ free call out once complete due to retention periods and an official property valuation (if requested by client from a local estate agent), giving customers peace of mind. Throughout the process, clients of Tangible Contractors receive bi-weekly updates in an easy to read format via email and/or a whatsapp group created for the project PLUS a professional projects programme of works ensuring clients are never left in the dark and fully understand how the project is progressing. The firm’s allocated site managers have over 20+ years of experience in the construction sector with competent tradesmen upon all sites, including certified electricians and gas safe plumbers.
