tangerine Information

Tangerine is the design consultancy that helps companies to take bigger leaps forward. For over 30 years we’ve been working with ambitious clients helping them to innovate and lead in their markets through design-led strategy. From inventive start-ups to celebrated multinationals, we use creative leaps to design innovative products and services that transform customer experiences. We work closely with companies to better understand their problems and then design a tailored process to solve them. Creative leaps demand a multifaceted approach. So we thoroughly research the different dimensions of the problem across user insight, market intelligence, trends and sources of inspiration, setting the scope for areas of opportunity that are aligned to your strategic goals, brand/market positioning and product and service roadmaps. Even if the problem is well understood at the outset of a project, the right solution is seldom obvious. So we work closely with our partners, integrating our teams throughout to gather intelligence and combine that with deep experience and powerful creative capacity. The solutions we create are wide-ranging, unexpected, delightful, and deliver significant creative and commercial benefit. Across our three core services of Product & Service Innovation, Customer Experience Design, and Brand & Identity, we design solutions that bring joy to your customers and value to your business. Our creative leaps grow business, sharpen brand, enhance customer experience and deliver innovative products and services that transform success in previously unimagined ways.
