Tampa Civil Design was founded in 2009 by Jeremy Couch, P.E. Our mission is to provide quality engineering designs at reasonable fees for our customers. We firmly believe that all successful land development projects can be attributed to proper due diligence, communication, and dedication to the project. We make these attributes our standard for all projects we are involved with. Tampa Civil Design engineers are experienced in all areas of site design including subdivisions, commercial developments, municipal projects, industrial projects and multi-family developments. We also assist many of our customers in Rezoning and Variance applications. We are able to consult on projects anywhere in the State of Florida.
