Tamoa is a project that distributes native and indigenous products from Mexico, such as maize, beans, and chili peppers, to restaurants in Mexico, the United States, and Europe. We work with families, groups, and producers' cooperatives, always with the aim of contributing to the development of a new food system that promotes the improvement of rural life and the conservation of culture, land, and biodiversity.
