Talking2minds was established in 2008 by both former military and police officers, who once suffered from Post Traumatic Stress, with the sole intention of assisting those that suffer back to where they wish to be. All our staff and founders have first-hand experience of living with trauma, including Post Traumatic Stress, and have made significant recoveries both individually and therapeutically using the latest methods in human dynamics.
