Positive. Driven. Talented. are words that come to mind when I think about Andy. I had the pleasure of working with Andy as a Junior Designer in the TalentWise Marketing Department. In our time together at TalentWise, Andy was always willing to take on projects of all sizes and completed them flawlessly. He was attentive to detail, and never afraid to ask questions or explore new ideas and concepts. As a Junior Designer he was quality focused, always learning and growing his skill set. Another trait that really stood out about Andy were his interpersonal skills. He is a kind and fun person, he genuinely cares, making it easy to collaborate and identify with him. This skill, along with his great depth of creative ideas, made working with him pleasurable and exciting. Lastly, with Andy there is always a way, even in the midst of change and transition. Andy stayed focused, his attitude positive, and always got the work done. Any employer and creative team would be lucky to have Andy as a Designer.
