Our Mission: To Empower and Maximize "Human" Potential with TECHNOLOGY. Why we started: TalentEx is engaged in innovation of HR market in Southeast Asia (SEA). Koshi, the founder, has gained a passion toward SEA through his NGO related activities in his youth. With Japan facing aging society and declining economy, he sensed that SEA will be the most important community for the next generation. With this in mind, he Nobot Inc., later acquired by KDDI (telecom) Group, to lead business development in Thailand and SEA. After the completion of his role at KDDI Group, he founded TalentEx to proceed innovation in SEA's HR market, where he saw great potential to serve people and companies in the region, which should ultimately contribute to economy and society.
