Talbot Partners was established in 1994 as PKF Independent Investment Pty Ltd under the sponsorship of the Victorian partnership of Pannell Kerr Foster (PKF), chartered accountants and business advisors. To avoid any potential conflict of interest, it was determined that PKF divest direct equity advisory activities. PKF Independent Investment was rebranded Talbot Partners following the buy out of PKF’s interests in the firm by management and staff. Talbot Partners has a committed and experienced team. All of its advisors and consultants have been at director level or higher at leading investments banks, major commercial banks or other relevant financial institutions.
