Working with intrapreneurs from Sony Startup Acceleration Program, Sony-branded products, and other companies and startups, Takeoff Point is adept at crafting and testing strategy for products nascent to the US market Takeoff Point capabilities include: GO-TO-MARKET Takeoff Point ("TOP") helps new businesses and startups takeoff and drives go-to-market strategy to accelerate time to market and navigate nascent business challenges such as product-market fit, business models, marketing, channel partnerships, and much more. MARKETING From product marketing strategy to sales and marketing promotion, at TOP the Build-Measure-Learn methodology is applied to inform every aspect of strategy (e.g, product positioning, competitive differentiation, customer segmentation, and messaging). HR Development Program In partnership with Sony, the Venture Flight Program ("VFP") is a new HR development program designed to broaden the perspectives of employees through short-term project experiences in an entrepreneurial environment with exposure to Silicon Valley. This program is open to non-Sony Group participants. PARTNERSHIPS For startups and new businesses, Takeoff Point identifies key partnerships in the US and manages the relationships.
