Take Root Therapy Information

Established in 2013. At Take Root Therapy, you will be in good hands with trained Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapists. We specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, who feel stuck and need help creating change. We work hard to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that fosters growth and accelerates change. At Take Root Therapy, the therapists try to meet each individual's specific needs, and we help our clients develop life enhancing coping skills and insights to find greater meaning and satisfaction from their relationships and in their daily lives. Our office is on the Eastside of Los Angeles in Los Feliz, serving the Silverlake, Hollywood, Echo Park, Atwater Village, and Glassell Park areas. Take Root Therapy began with just Saba Harouni Lurie, a solo practitioner, and grew into Take Root Therapy, a psychotherapy practice focused on providing supportive and effective psychotherapy. Our first office was located in West Los Angeles and we have since opened two additional offices in Los Feliz, California.
