Taiwan Venture Capital Association (TVCA) is analogous to National Venture Capital Association of United States. The organization was originated from Taipei Venture Capital Association that was established back in 1992. It grew to national level in 1999, and today it is comprised of over 180 of Taiwan's leading VC funds, with over NT$128 billion capital under management. TVCA's mission is to promote, both at the national and international levels, awareness of the venture capital industry in Taiwan and its importance to Taiwan's economy. It is TVCA's goal to create an environment in which the venture capital industry in Taiwan can continue to grow and flourish.
