Tailored Support Services Information

Tailored Support Services (TSS) is a Private NDIS Registered Service Provider that was founded in 2017. Alex started TSS to further her skills, passion and love for the industry in providing the much needed support to people with disabilities. Driven by her own experience, TSS provide tailored support plans for individual support, accessing the community, Supported Independent Living arrangements in accomodation settings, Respite, Emergency Respite, in-home support, accommodation support to our participants using a person centred approach. We currently hold a team of well-trained and knowledgeable support staff who provide support to individuals accessing currently accessing our services. Extensive time is spent in getting to really know each participant and their family members to really understand the support that is required and to find out what goals we will be supporting you to achieve. By doing this, we are able to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of support and care possible to each individual person by tailoring each support plan and service requirements to meet each individual and specific needs. We work closely with participants, their families, support coordinators and the NDIA as well as with the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women and any relevant stakeholders. We also provide accommodation to individuals accessing our services.
