Tailcon Projects is a Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) management specialist, providing tailings management services to mining companies. As the Trusted Advisor on TSF management, we partner with you and provide independent advice and specialist expertise to ensure that your TSF’s are being designed, constructed and operated to provide the best possible disposal solution. Our approach is one of the followings: • assisting executive teams in the development of appropriate Tailings disposal strategies, • providing the technical guidance and expertise to assist in identifying appropriate solutions for tailings disposal while preventing catastrophic failures of TSFs, • working within the existing team structure, looking to draw on internal and external experts in the development, operation and closure of TSF’s, • functioning as part of the management team, providing ongoing support to the executive and management teams in the implementation of Tailings disposal strategies, ongoing analysis and review.
