We have installed over 400 kW of solar electricity and 3000 square feet of solar hot water collectors. Tahoe Solar Designs provides a unique assessment of your location and energy needs and builds this into a custom design for your solar system. Tahoe Solar Designs installs solar energy systems in the Lake Tahoe Basin, Gardnerville, Minden, Carson City, Truckee and surrounding areas. Tahoe Solar Designs is NABCEP certified and is a member of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES) and the Sierra Green Building Association (SiGBA). In cooperation with the American Solar Energy Society, Tahoe Solar Designs leads a segment of the National Solar Tour in the Lake Tahoe area. These tours are on the first Saturday of October each year.
