Årstiderne Arkitekter is a leading Scandinavian architecture firm with broad experience in architecture, design and construction. We are a full-service architecture firm founded in 1985 with 250 employees working from offices in Copenhagen, Silkeborg, Aarhus, Herning, Oslo and Nesbyen in Norway. We are deeply rooted in the Scandinavian architectural tradition. With a focus on materials, light, people and context we strive to create value for developers, users and communities as a whole. Our architecture is relevant, sustainable and knowledge-based, and founded on functionality, aesthetics and social, environmental and economic responsibility. We are founded on the idea, that life is more important than monuments, and that architects should always stand behind the people we build for. We create architecture, that always puts the user and the human being first. We create a framework for healthy cities, for the good living, for working life and for enriching experiences in the free time. In short: We create a setting for people’s lives. As designers and consultants, we have in-depth expertise and broad experience in ten segments: Housing, Public Housing, Office and Business, Retail, Learning and Leisure, Health, Transformation and Renovation, Spaceplanning and Interior Design, Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture. In every project, we put together the best team drawing on special expertise from across our offices and segments.
