We focus on sell-side M&A and outside general counsel work for closely-held businesses. We represent businesses and individuals with business interests — that's all we do. SELL-SIDE M&A We represent founders and business owners selling their companies, typically in the $5M–$80M range. We sit across the table from PE buyers, strategic acquirers, and search funds, and we know where founders get caught off-guard — in the LOI, in working capital, in earnout structures, in reps and warranties. Our job is to make sure our client isn't the one learning those lessons the hard way.
