Getting started in the literary industry is difficult. Work experience and internships (the bottom-rung of any career ladder) are as rare (and lucky) as golden tickets, and payment in 'exposure' is an acceptable practice. Applications for entry-level jobs are met with 'you don't have enough experience', and writers aren't taken seriously without several publications already. So where are you supposed to start? Here at Ta Voix, we're hoping to change things. We know that there are a plethora of writers looking to get published, and an abundance of editors looking for experience. So, why not bring them together? Though right now we're in the start-up stages, our aim will be to produce a bi-monthly anthology, written, designed and edited by you. No CVs, experience, or sign-up fee needed.
