TA-Transformations was founded by Pinny Sutkin, a talent acquisition leader with 20+ years of designing, leading, and rebuilding recruiting organizations. He has served as Head of Talent at Galderma Pharmaceuticals and led Talent Acquisition at Dr Pepper, where he drove a HireVue-powered overhaul of hourly hiring. At Korn Ferry, he designed and solutioned entire recruitment departments for dozens of client companies.
