SZR Information

SZR is an important beef and pork processor in Brazil. Buying its raw material from slaughterhouses and reprocessing 100% of it, SZR takes into consideration its well known quality and high production standards. Therefore, exporting its products to countries in Asia, mainly China and Hong Kong, and also to countries in both Africa and Europe. SZR also has one factory doing the selection of natural casings, which are basically the intestines from cows and pigs used in the sausage production. SZR also works as a consultant for small and medium size slaughterhouses in Brazil. These plant factories used to be SZR's suppliers and now have enough capacity to export. Seizeing an opportunity to grow, SZR has a team helping these plants to develop their products and packing suitable to foreign markets. Through SZR's commercial team, these products are introduced to foreign clients, which can be done with either as SZR being only a broker, or also doing the exports through SZR, which is also a trading company.
