Systems Implementers Inc., (SI) is a professional services corporation that gets results. We supply executive consulting, information technologies (IT) support, user education and training, programming enhancement and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software implementation services. We continue to delight our customers with superior performance. We utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and LEAN principles. This process ensures that all of the resources of a company are defined and made available in the fulfillment of company objectives. We have a specific focus within the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment. SI incorporates a business philosophy that provides an approach to intertwine ERP planning with LEAN principles while managing variability, which is inherent to the MRO process. Using this philosophy, we have realized phenomenal results with our customers. Our constant focus is “On-Time Delivery”, at a reduced cost. (SI) was founded in March 1997 and incorporated March 16, 1998. Since inception, SI has performed hundreds of thousands of hours on Department of Defense (DOD) contracts, at Hill AFB, Tinker AFB, Wright-Patterson AFB, Robins AFB, and Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG). Systems Implementers, Inc. is registered with the Defense Logistics Agency’s Central Contracting as a Small Business. In summary, SI has acquired significant expertise working within the Air Force environment and provides professional services to the Federal Government. Finally, SI management personnel and SI’s Integrated Sub Contractor Team have over 30 years experience in supply chain management; specifically in the areas of COTS systems implementation, IT services, production planning and scheduling, shop floor control, training, and executive consulting.
