In 1983, Systel was founded and is the sole official sales and services distributor for Motorola radio networks in Egypt. The company started business by selling two-way radios networks, serving a wide range government and commercial entities. Main business is focused on selling, distributing, and maintaining Motorola radio products.Systel has been successful in securing the traditional Motorola systems business for broad range of customer categories. 1992 Systel entered retail business by marketing and selling Motorola's pagers into the Egyptian market. 1994 Systel with the cooperation of Telecom Egypt jointly operated the first public trunking network,Twoway radio service was made easily available to the general public. 1996 Systel introduced Motorola GSM mobile phones for the first time into the Egyptian market through Systel owned retail stores and distribution networks. In Systel; Motorola's attitude of total customer satisfaction is being upheld by dedicated services provided by a team of professional Motorola well-trained engineers and technicians, in a variety of technologies.Trunking, GSM and CDMA Systel provided support work, Systems installation, commissioning, maintenance, and training on behalf of Motorola in several countries eg.
