Syspons is a consulting firm for social innovation based in Berlin, Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne with approximately 60 consultants. Together we support public institutions, federal ministries, foundations and non-profit organisations in maximising their positive social impact. Therefore, we advise and support our clients in the sectors of strategy consulting, organisational development as well as human resources and team development. Furthermore, we conduct evaluations and studies, establish audit and monitoring systems as well as digital solutions for data analysis. We bring to our projects the experience we have gained from carrying out more than 350 projects for national and international clients. We bring the necessary intercultural sensitivity and competence from our work experience in more than 50 countries. We work in German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch.
