Business data will be backed up twice daily and restored in case of accidental deletion. Daily & weekly backups of all business application and data will be provided. 5 years of business email archiving will be provided. Troubleshooting of any Hardware or Software issues for any computer related devices i.e. Servers, PCs, Laptops, Routers, VOIP phones & any Firewall devices via remote support. Troubleshooting and resolving any network, internet connectivity, printing, email, virus or malware related issues. Configuring and monitoring any scheduled critical company data backups in the cloud. Quarterly PC maintenance for Windows security updates & antivirus updates. Onsite visit will be provided at an additional charge of $100.00 per visit, limited to one troubleshooting incident not exceeding two hours. Hosting Business Email for 10 mail accounts with a mailbox space of 10 GB per client. Providing email via Web Access, Outlook and Smart mobile devices. Secure business email will be scanned for spam, viruses and malware before delivery. Email archiving for up to 5 yrs. will be provided for recovery.
