SYS Company d.o.o is a privately-owned IT company founded in 1999. Since its founding, it has established itself as a true value added distributor with the aim of offering its clients the highest possible quality of products and services. SYS Company’s primary goal is the development of trust, partnerships and demand for our vendors’ products. In our effort to achieve that goal, we invest in the development of the market, encouraging our partners and end users to better understand the products and services. In our very first year of business, SYS Company became the authorized Cisco Systems distributor for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Already the next year we earned the status of authorized Microsoft distributor for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our distribution portfolio was further expanded in 2003 when we supplemented our offering with infrastructural solutions from Rittal and in 2007 when we initiated a working relationship with the French UPS manufacturer Infosec. After being acknowledged as a true value added distributor, in 2008 we became the authorized distributor for EMC2 for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today, this distribution has been expanded with the DellEMC value portfolio. We kick off 2017 with initiating distribution of scanning and printing products from Honeywell, another world-renowned manufacturer. As a value added distributor, SYS Company offers its partners pre-sales services, design and solution architecture, delivery of products from local stock, direct communication with manufacturers, post-sales services which tend to involve implementation, knowledge transfer, product support, managed services, equipment maintenance and procuring spare parts for delivered equipment.
