Syracuse Business Forms was started in November 1991 by current owner and company president Karen Kenney. Back then, Karen ran the business out of a room in her house - before cell phones were affordable! She was ahead of her time and her competitors because she started designing forms on a computer when others either subbed out the work or hand sketched on large graph paper. Looking back at those early years compared to how it is all done now seems so revolutionary. It has helped with lowering costs and speeding up the time it takes to get the items to the customer. Changes are also quick and seamless. Syracuse Business Forms keeps all customer designed files organized and up to date so that reordering correct copy is accurate and flawless with notes and questions that may need to be addressed on reorders. SBF is owned and operated by Karen Kenney: hands-on and active with customers on a daily basis to ensure she knows what they need and can give them guidance when ordering.
