Founded in 2005, Syquant Capital is a Paris based independent asset manager primarily focused on Absolute Return Event Driven strategies since its inception. Our objective is to deliver consistent returns within a strong risk management framework via our range of Helium UCITS funds. All our strategies are discretionary and focussed on different corporate events: mergers and acquisitions, corporate actions, and other special situations. Syquant Capital has received multiple awards for its expertise in the Event-Driven category. As of March 2022, the firm manages more than EUR 3.1 billion.
