Syntropise Information

We do philosophy with people leading businesses and organisations. Everyone lives by a philosophy. Most of us inherited ours, and it has been shaping our decisions ever since. Some of those beliefs you've thought about carefully. Others you picked up along the way. We help you examine them, understand what you stand for, and develop a philosophy you can put into practice. Everyone begins with The Ground: three questions about what is real, how you know, and what matters. From there, learning follows your questions, and we introduce thinkers you might never have thought to explore, from Heraclitus and Lao Tzu to Arendt, Heidegger, and Mae-Wan Ho. Our work is informed by syntropology: a philosophy of taking part in a world that's still taking shape. We're interested in lives and organisations that help people flourish and open up further possibilities, asking what your decisions make possible for others as well as what they achieve now. We work in two ways: • Individual Membership: a year of philosophical learning, one-to-one, in a small matched group, or both. • Organisational Partnership: ongoing philosophical work with your senior leaders, through individual conversations, learning groups and team inquiry. Syntropise was founded by Dr John Stoszkowski, an applied philosopher, and Dr David Priestley, a chartered psychologist.
