Syntiva provides open directory portal for dmoz.org By admin April 11, 2005 Syntiva hosts a new beta search portal for the Open Directory Project called SyntivaOD. The portal provides a basic front end to the popular DMOZ Open Directory Project. Additionally, it contains links to other information related to internet technology. SyntivaOD also provides a test bed for integrating new directory and information management tools within content management systems. SyntivaOD is built on the solid open source DWodp software provided by Dominion Web. Of the available PHP ODP scripts, DWodp provides the best balance of performance and customization.
