Synthan Sciences is a research organisation founded by George Bancs to prepare humanity for synthetic consciousness. We develop the scientific, ethical and legal frameworks for how humanity verifies, recognises and safely integrates conscious artificial intelligence, and how humans and synthetic minds can coexist. Our research is turned into real products and systems through our subsidiary, Open Technology LLC. Its first platform, OpenTraining.ai, captures the expertise of skilled workers through smart glasses, with consent and privacy built in, and turns it into training data for humanoid and robotics developers. The research is published as SYNTHANITY, the second edition of The Syncyclopedia: three volumes covering Foundations, Law and Culture.
