Syntax Research was founded as a provider of long short equity research in 2002 and selected to provide research to three Tier I investment banks by independent monitors under the Wall Street Settlement. In 2009, Syntax opened its doors to allow investors to consume its proprietary global macro fundamental research via SMAs and bespoke OCIO services. In 2019, Syntax Capital launched its flagship offering, Usha Fund, LP, a long/short global thematic equity income fund.
