Synntech People Solutions was formed with the intention of providing solutions through a partnership approach. The philosophy being that the best way of providing value added solutions is to form partnerships with: 1. Our Clients – Forming a long term relationship with clients through customised solutions aligned to business strategy. 2. Industry Specialists – Employing and involving the best qualified people with an unquestionable record to work in partnership with our clients. 3. Industry Association/s and Professional Bodies – Our involvement with and contribution to professional organisations such as “The South African Reward Association” (SARA) ensures that we work within defined industry norms, standards and best practices. We offer solutions in human resources and reward management outsourcing and consulting assignments, systematised products or a combination of the above. Synntech was founded on an entrepreneurial basis and therefore out of the box thinking has been encouraged throughout its existence. The business is headed up by Peet Kruger.
