Synjuku is the commercialization layer for physical AI. Frontier robot models are remarkably general. Before a site pays for one, it has to clear the site's own acceptance bar: not a benchmark, not a demo video. Real sites bring new objects, new people and new layouts, and that last mile is where the remaining work is. We work with model teams and commercial sites to close it. We bring frontier models onto real sites, map where they fall short, and fine-tune them until they clear the bar the site will pay for. We start in surgical back-of-house, working alongside clinical teams, then move to data centers, wet labs and cold-chain: repetitive, high-stakes handling where today's models almost get it right. "Almost" is where we work. Demos show what's possible. Deployments get paid. We build the route between them.
