With the support and commitment of many former colleagues, the team focused on growth by putting its customers at the heart of every project. In 2011 Synergy’s core team was just five people with annual sales of $224,000. Following an intense focus on rebuilding industry relationships, establishing new and profitable partnerships, that team has grown to 12 employees with an average growth rate is 45% year-over-year. Over the past seven years, Synergy has made over 1.8 million dollars in capital investments and expanded their services to include a larger range of injection moulding capabilities and sub-assembly/value-added services.
