Synch was founded on the belief that legal work and lawyers must in a pragmatic and easy accessible way contribute to building value and success in the clients' business. Neither the law nor the lawyers shall be an obstacle for the development and success of clients’ business, but a possibility. This applies to small start-up’s as well as large international corporations. We want to demystify the legal work. Partly through delivering intelligent service solutions and packages, which may over time be replaced by tailored made services, but also by providing our clients with a direct access to our own know how and internal business support systems, for them to retrieve agreements or other information on their own when they need it. This way we may work even closer with our clients than a traditional law firm is able to, almost as an insourced legal team participating in every aspect of our clients day to day business activities.
