Synarchy reconnects organisations with nature's intelligence. For 3.8 billion years, nature has been optimising for resilience, reciprocity, and long-term thinking. Through Forest Bathing experiences, year-long leadership journeys rooted in seasonal intelligence, and culture transformation grounded in indigenous wisdom, we guide teams to lead in ways that regenerate, not extract. Founded by Ezgi Erdal after 15 years in corporate leadership, and 4 months living with an Indigenous community in the Amazon rainforest, Synarchy bridges ancient wisdom and modern action.
