Nature's Haven has been producing organic zucchini since 2004. Zucchini are one of our main produce lines with a 6 month harvest period. Zucchini's are one of our favourite vegetables because they can be used in so many ways. Try them grilled on the BBQ, shredded in your favourite fritter or pasta sauce recipes or try our great Stuffed Zucchini or Zucchini's with Sauce in the recipe section. The subtle flavour of zucchini allows it to be added to many dishes without obscurring the flavour of other ingredients.

The retreat is situated on Mitchells Island where the north arm of the Manning River enters the sea, just east of Taree, less than three hours drive from Sydney's northern suburbs and under two hours from Newcastle. A true hermits heaven awaits you. Choose from three appropriately named cottages, each unique in their surrounds and naturally blending with the enchanted forest, Banksia , Bluegum and Paperbark . All three are constructed from western red cedar and have red iron roofs to create the atmosphere of a country cabin. A quaint Australian country design albeit fitted with modern luxuries, our cottages encapsulates a traditional look influenced by a blend of Australian Federation and Californian Bungalow. Each has a large timber deck with spa and gas BBQ. With about 100 metres between cottages the bushland setting provides almost total privacy in which to relax. All cottages are a short stroll of approx. 500 meters to the beach.
