The intake is a conversation, not a form: it draws out what a person can actually do — skills, how they work, what matters to them, where they want their life to go. We describe people and jobs in the same plain vocabulary and score every person against every role, with the reasons in writing for both sides. A human coach reviews every match. And because we read ability instead of titles, we find people others can't: the engineer whose code runs pacemakers who's never worked in aerospace, the technician whose file says machinist.
