SWOP Engineering Pvt Ltd Information

SWOP Engineering, located in India, is a multi disciplined engineering service and product provider across the fields of solar, wind, power, oil and gas. SWOP was previously called Hydril Pressure Control, a subsidiary of GE, and decided to branch out on their own and increase their product offerings. SWOP was going through quite a significant change and they were going to enter markets that are already quite saturated and extremely competitive, so they needed to formulate a brand that would enable SWOP to showcase their capabilities to conduct a professional level of operation in the new industries and also highlight the great success and expertise they had when they were operating purely as an oil and gas company. Through the conversations that we had with SWOP , it was clear to see the immense pride they took in their engineering abilities. We wanted to pay homage to this fact and therefore included a symbol that represented the engineering side to their business. SWOP utilise the many decades of combined experience they have to provide a strategic direction for the clients. We felt it appropriate that we use a symbol that is associated with providing direction, the compass, to highlight this fact.
