In our atelier near Bern in Switzerland, we strive to capture the flavour of ripe fruits by constantly monitoring production. Our balsamic vinegars are a labour of love - all natural, single fruit products devoid of any food additives. Our balsamic fruit vinegars include: Apple, Pear, Cherry, Raspberry, Cassis and other flavours for our Private Label customers. They are used by multi-starred Michelin chefs as they offer outstanding food pairing opportunities. All balsamic fruit vinegars bring refinement to salads, marinades, fish and meats, sauces, cheese and desserts.
