In addition to measuring organisational resilience, we develop and implement empowerment programmes for organisations, teams and individuals in the context of the VUCA world and its challenges in the world of work. To do this, we bring together the expert knowledge and experience of an all-round team of leadership and organizational developers, coaches, trainers, (sports) psychologists, occupational health professionals and resilience specialists, as well as experts in digital transformation and agility in the future workplace. SRH is connected to-- and partners with-- research and educational institutions that aim to strengthen organizations and systems in business, society, education, health care and government.
