Swiss Food Research - the association for the promotion of research and innovation in the food and food related sectors - is a network of Swiss academic institutions, which was established in order to enhance the competitiveness of the Swiss food industry and its suppliers. Swiss Food Research forms the link between companies and research institutions. We are independent and driven by entrepreneurship. Confidentiality is the basis of our contacts and exchanges. Innovation forms the basis for the growth and the competitiveness of companies. Swiss Food Research promotes innovation by helping companies in the food sector find the best technical and scientific competencies among our partner institutions. Our job is to reunite the best actors for R&D projects, to limit the risks inherent to these projects and to create the optimal conditions to enable the companies to market an innovative product or technology as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.
