The Swiss-California Foundation strives to improve the understanding of Swiss-American relations by enabling young, future Swiss leaders to gain a profound and holistic understanding of the American worldview. Mission The Swiss-California Foundation offers a ten-month internship to talented graduates to develop: 1) Entrepreneurial know-how by managing the foundation 2) A political understanding by involving in public policy development 3) A broad network of contacts by actively participating in events The Swiss-California Foundation is a private, non-profit organization working to realize and foster a Fellowship Program in Northern California. The Fellowship Program has three goals: - To bridge knowledge and experience gaps between Switzerland and California - To exchange professional skills and leadership between Switzerland and California - To create an understanding in Switzerland of California's politics and business culture through the personal experience of a Swiss Fellow.
