Swintros changes that by making the first impression the first step in the process. Our platform lets job seekers submit short, structured video introductions alongside their basic info. Employers can quickly browse and compare candidates, getting an instant feel for who they are before scheduling an interview. Happier candidates: Give applicants a chance to stand out beyond bullet points. We built Swintros to solve two problems: 1. Employers wasting time on interviews that should never have happened. 2. Job seekers struggling to show their personality and skills until it’s too late. Our early beta is already showing that video-first hiring can dramatically reduce time-to-hire, improve candidate quality, and make the process more human on both sides.
