Through Sweet Island, based in New Caledonia, I place innovation at the heart of our mission. Over the years, I have developed pioneering solutions in fintech and artificial intelligence, including embedded banking services for Covie – awarded by Outremer Innovations – And Invictusia, an AI-powered nutrition coach prototype created for the television show Invictus. Invictusia was one of the earliest experiments of AI in French television, capable of generating personalised nutrition recommendations based on athletes’ performance. This project allowed me to combine my media production expertise with emerging AI technologies, working with tools and frameworks such as Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector databases (Weaviate, Redis) to give the system memory, reasoning, and autonomy. By integrating LLMs like OpenAI GPT, Claude, and Gemini, Invictusia could process athlete data, adapt recommendations in real time, and simulate the experience of a human coach — demonstrating how AI can transform both user engagement and storytelling. In parallel, Sweet Island also produces television and music projects. I created Invictus, a CrossFit-inspired competition show commissioned by France Télévisions, which mobilised more than 300 participants, including athletes, production crews and members of the French Army, and partnered with leading brands. Invictus is currently airing and available for replay on the France Télévisions platform. Through Sweet Island Music, I have also delivered soundtracks and sync placements for TV, radio, brands and airlines, collaborating with artists such as Julia Paul (The Voice France 2017) and international producers like Konstantin Kersting (Gold-certified for Tones and I – Dance Monkey).
