Headquartered in Lake City, Minn., NBT is a 45-member cooperative of family growers, spread over five time zones from Nova Scotia to Washington State, that grows and markets managed varieties of apples, beginning with SweeTango ®. Canadian SweeTangos are grown in Nova Scotia and Quebec. The 2014 Canadian crop is expected to total 28,000 bushels or 1,120,000 lbs. of apples which are sold nationwide.
