SWEAP (Social Work Education Assessment Project) initially began as a project of a handful of social work educators over 30 years ago. Over the decades, SWEAP team members have developed a series of surveys and instruments that have been successfully used to secure initial accreditation and reaffirmation from the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) for hundreds of undergraduate and master's level social work programs.
