We are the largest Property Management Company in Central IL with Decatur’s only Certified Property Manager (CPM). We manager over 2,500 multi-family apartments, single family homes, condominiums, government subsidized units, self storage units, over 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, and several condominium association managements in our portfolio. We have been in business for over 35 years, and currently have a staff of over 40 employees.
