🌐 The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) is a central executive authority of Ukraine responsible for shaping and implementing anti-corruption policy. Our mission is to establish a high-integrity environment by preventing corruption and ensuring transparency across all levels of government. Core functions and activities: ✔️ Drafting the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and the State Anti-Corruption Program; coordinating implementation and developing legislative frameworks. ✔️ Identification of corruption risks; preventing and resolving conflicts of interest; identifying collaborators acting under such conditions; and conducting anti-corruption expertise of draft legislation. ✔️ Performing lifestyle monitoring and financial verification of assets for public officials and candidates; monitoring political party financing and the use of taxpayer funds. ✔️ Providing legal guidance on anti-corruption acts; coordination of anti-corruption representatives. ✔️ Coordinating reporting channels and ensuring comprehensive legal protection for whistleblowers. ✔️ Ensuring the mainstreaming of anti-corruption measures within Ukraine’s European integration framework. ✔️ Public awareness-raising on corruption prevention and fostering a zero-tolerance approach to corruption. The Agency operates in accordance with the rule of law and is committed to advancing sustainable, prevention-based approaches to anti-corruption policy in line with international standards.
